We are a growing water damage restoration company in Arizona seeking ambitious, experienced sales professionals to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor and grow into a long-term, rewarding career.
Position Details:
- First 6 Months: Commission-only (8%) with unlimited earning potential.
- After 6 Months: Transition into a full-time paid salary position ($50K plus commission 4%).

Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships within communities: i.e., property managers, insurance agents, HOA boards, government & school boards, etc.
- Generate leads, close deals, and meet sales goals.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven background in sales (B2B, field sales, or restoration industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a performance-based role.
